::Am disappointed that a transaction reversal due to System error can take more than 3 days !! I did a transaction on Tuesday Sept 20 at Ntinda branch and due to system error it was not successful. I reported the incident to the branch to someone called Solomon. Even up to Friday Sept 23 they have not reversed that transaction. That is not what you claim to be !!!!!!!!!
