  Very poor quality service.. salary cheque is delivered to the bank but they take 3 to 4 days to deposit in workers accounts..

  Didnt show withdrawal fee on the ATM screen at time of withdrawal. On my bank app, I&M charged me 5,750 UGX. Shame on you. In Kenya, I&M is free

  I was at Orient Bank Jinja Branch today and I want tell you that the welcome I received from the person in charge of Customer service( Imagine an INDIAN!!!) was a warm one! I believe it's nice to work with these guys and so I'm joining them!

  Orient Bank is a commercial bank in Uganda which is licensed by the Bank of Uganda, the central bank and national banking regulator. The bank is located along Lady Alice mulooki Road in Jinja city

  Orient Bank is one of the Banks with very good services . The bank staff members are all nice to their customers , they are really organized and the work on the client very fast and they always make sure that their customers enjoy their services, The bank also has an ATM at the premise so you can either use the ATM to bank but I hate using their ATM during Friday morning Hours ,there is delays , The bank also has other service around the town from their agents. Their services are very quick . They have good security. The bank is located on Lady Alice Muloki just in the bank center.
