  This is a level II facility located in the center of Masaka town. It offers basic Outpatient services, HTS, Immunisation, Family Planning, School Health & Basic Laboratory Services. It is headed by an Enrolled Nurse under supervision of Masaka Municipal Council, District Health Officer & Ministry of Health. All services listed are free of charge (paid for by Government of Uganda).
