  Hotel started in 1999 by Dutch couple. The millenium change was celebrated by many Arua people at this place. Five bedrooms and a large central room. Outside several typical North Ugandan cool huts for meeting friends and drinking something or eating meat roasts. The name of the hotel originates from the borehole in the front corner of the premises that assures water availability to guests in this super dry environs. Very safe place with parking area in front of the hotel. Quiet at night because it is just a bit outside the busy town centre.
