  Located right in the heart of Mbarara. Has quite a number of rooms, a big restaurant with an outside seating arrangement and a conference hall. Parking here is rather a big problem.

  Pathetic and Rude Night shift Reception staff. They forcibly give used wet towels from other rooms and tell u they don't have fresh ones. Non empathetic staff. Hardly Customer service oriented. Suggest Not to pay cash before checking in as later the guy at the reception misbehaves.

  Decent rooms and Mbarara prices (a bit high). The location is excellent on a quite street but with good restaurants and easy to access main road. The rooms are spacious and the hot water works. Their service though could be improved. I was disappointed though by their breakfast. For the price of 70 or 80k and they provide and omellete with 2 slices of bread, coffee or tea (no spices) borders on cheap. They can improve on that and making sure that the tv is watchable (could barely make out what was on the screen and ended up switching it off).

  Room was comfortable. Not the cheapest prices. WiFi only works right near the reception. It did not work in the room or in the dining area.

  Quite expensive, but has intermittent Wifi. the noise from the bars at night make this place not worth the asking price, but this seems the norm for Mbarara. There was breakfast included.
