  I was in Bukedea on Monday and ran out of shillings I went to post bank to change the dollars I had, shockingly was told by one of the staff that forex is for strictly for members who have accounts with them? This is literally forcing everybody to have an account with post bank, does the word forex still hold its meaning in such scenario?

  I was able to log on to my online backing prior to the banks website upgrade and has now been three years after several complaints and personal visit they cant even fix this minor issue. Your civil servants at work, terrible service. If able to I would give "0" favorite
