  Rumi has got tasty and nicely baked cakes for any occasion. The good customer service is a detail that can't go un-noticed.

  So disappointed by the way I have been handled, appointment for my cake was 10am and by 10:30am an being pushed by a certain lady, this wasnt cool....customer care is key. Instead of being talked to, I got a weird reply of I dont care. Plse look into that
