  There is great need for improvement. The pump attendant has no idea what it means to deal with customers and it looks like they don't have strict administrative guidance. This pump attendant was on phone all the time while serving me. No etiquette and also the morals are left to be desired.

  I cant even rate this shell kanyanya station. It is the 2nd time these guys have cheated me on the fuel. The latest was yesterday. I asked for 30,000/= fuel and drove to Nansana and before I could reach home, the fuel was done. Which kind of nonsense is that? My car has low fuel consumption. The first time I thought my car had a problem, but I have noticed that attendants at this station are cheats and thieves. Please management do something or I will personally put up a fight and it wont be good. This shell will find itself in the media. Many people are complaining about this particular shell Kanyanya. If the attendants are not being paid well, pliz increase their payments. You will find yourselves without any customers. PLIZ CHANGE..... Angry woman.
