::The Business was closed. It was a good service provider. Deliveries were bit delayed but reliable. Sorry to hear the operations are closed and Simba foods do not operate anymore. Maybe it was caused by the entry of Safe boda into the market with a fleet of 13000 bike on road for safe boda. Moreover the concept of ordering food online is still not developed like other countries

::the slowest and most unresponsive and unprofessional service of food delivery in uganda. Took one and a half hours for a simple delivery from a location which Is 5 min drive from my house. Highly suggest NEVER to use this delivery app. This is not a review from a one time experience but after having given this delivery company more than 3-4 orders , I have decided to give this review due to constant disappoints
