  I got good references of this place so I booked for two nights for a business retreat. They cancelled the reservation one week before our coming and promised to refund the deposit of 50% which was required upon reservation. Until now they have never refunded and are always dodging phone calls and emails. The place seems nice, but service is not reliable at all, which is what must be guaranteed at the high end of the price range in the area.

  This was such an amazing place to stay for a quiet getaway. The lodge is set tastefully by the middle waterfall, which you can see from the large windows of many of the lodges. There are paths where you can walk to the waterfalls, through lush, tropical vegetation. There are many colourful birds you can spot. The rooms themselves are adequately equipped, with hot and cold showers and lovely handmade natural soap. The food is amazing! English style food, three courses, cooked by a well trained chef. I couldn’t fault it. Everything was perfect - and so tasty. The service is very good with very attentive staff. There was always someone around to ask. I highly recommend a stay in this place. My only disappointment was that we couldn’t stay longer. But I’m going back, for sure.
