  Tried to apply for an unabridged birth certificate, they tell me it will take longer than 3 months, by then I will have left back to Canada and I need it for immigration purposes. All they say is that I need to apply for it in SA, now how do I do that when I'm standing right in front of her in Kampala? Shameful that they're not even willing to try and help a resident of SA.

  I get a sense the gentleman handling the call line has always picked up the phone when he feels like.. Office should find better ways of handling the line other than unanswered calls.
