  some of your staff act so unproffesional even insurance patients have a right to proper treatment ,the doctor who was seeing insurance patients yesterday is a disappointment he needs to change his attitude. a client cant do blood tests feeling unwell and you cant explain to her proffesionally just claiming ure ok . we shall may be paying cash coz cash patients are treated nicely

  The hospital is well staffed with improved facilities since I went there about two years ago. However the staff look disorganized, they crowded in one place and were talking among themselves in very loud voices. I was shocked when they laughed at one of their workmate who tried to give personal attention to a client. Then the cleaning ladies pour water and expect the people to walk through. One actually told a patient with a child to go outside and wait until she was done. I hinted to one of the nurses who finally attended to me but I don't think she got it. I wonder if you have a manager. The investment placed in this hospital will go down the drain.

  Got quick attention, they have caring staff and the place is quite clean.
