  Been there, the staff are friendly... the food was exotic and the bond fire is classy

  The staff are very welcoming and nice, quiet environment, lovely view. we went on spot fishing and we had an amazing time, i really recommend visitors to try it. we caught one giant tilapia fish which we ate for dinner during our campfire. will definately come back

  It is the most terrible hotel I have ever stayed in Uganda, following are some of the reasons:- 1. Tap for hot water was missing, when talked to the manager her reaction was very cold then we looked for the plumber by ourself and he repaired it. After that also no hot water. 2. No hot water facility yet it is written in their welcome kit that hot water will come after 2mins of opening the tap, I left it open for 20 mins yet no hot water. 3. ‎Their was no stopper in the window for toilet. Hence free entry for mosquitoes and lake flies. 4. ‎No power backup , power went at 25th night around 9pm and was restored back at 11.45pm.at night. 5. ‎We mentioned while booking that we are vegetarians but there was no special meal for us. Again talked to the manager she ignored then we talked to the chef directly and he arranged something for us, when asked for rice store person refused to give rice for cooking. 6. ‎No baby cot provided yet availability of the same was confirmed while booking 7. ‎The only nice and punctual person we meet their was a driver called Nicolas, rest all ppl are just useless. 8. The rooms are too small and too much suffocating. 9. ‎No fan for air circulation. 10. ‎Only one glass sliding window in the room that was also not working again free entry for mosquitoes and flies. 11. ‎Ordered for tea and had to wait for exactly 1hrs 15min to get it , yet it was not free after paying the money. 12. ‎No TV in rooms yet it is mentioned in the welcome kit Dishtv facility available. 13. ‎No intercoms in room 14. ‎No celling fan or table fan , humidity is high so it is very difficult to sleep at night. 15. Irresponsible manager, when we complaint her about our problems she just ignores and walk away. 16. Very poor service, no value for customer, zero customer service. 17. They take full payment in advance as they are well aware that once customer reach at their place after seeing their service no one will pay them the balance. I am giving one 🌟 because that is minimum, yet they deserve a big zero

  It has a nice scenery however the rooms need modernisation.
