  Always they are understaffed, the tellers keep leaving their stations and they are very very slow. If you need a service, you have to wait for hours yet it has few customers.

  Yes this bank branch i can say is the main branch and its look good.it has enough space for parking and its located in heart of kampala just opposite few meters away from Sheraton Hotel.
