  I was at this bank just this afternoon and yesterday. On both days, I went to pay school fees, a lady on teller 2 served me in a very unprofessional way. Today, after paying she only handed me one copy of the four bank slips,after 15 minutes I went back to ask for other slips and she was so arrogant and defensive yet it was clearly her mistake. I asked her to apologise to me and she refused. She instead took up a role of educating me on how to talk. The operations manager and teller 1 were of great help and acted professional. Teller 2 was arrogant and unprofessional.

  United Bank for Africa is also one of the Banks with very good services . The bank staff members are all nice to their customers , they are really organized and the work on the client very fast and they always make sure that their customers enjoy their services, The bank also has an ATM at the premise so you can either use the ATM to bank but I hate the high charges in some month they can even charge twice. The bank also has other service around the town from their agents. Their services are very quick , though at times their system is down mainly when you baying for electricity and water bills. They have good security. The bank is located on Lady Alice Muloki just in the bank center.
