::You are better off working with agent banking for transactions that can be handled by agent banking. The queues are insane mostly during end of month. Oddly I had timed mid month, but the Parish development model customers caused an influx and the wait times were crazy. Other products and services in the bank are great. Credit is housed in an entirely different building which has eased on congestion and created order.
