  DTB personel by de name Mr.Michael in mbale branch showed no sence of service what so ever. On 27 january 2020 at around 15.10 pm, my card got stak in ATM. I went to Michael , requested him to help. He was completely indifferent to my request. It took him one hour plús to get the key to open the ATM. I wish people like Mr. Michael understand that when you are at work ,you work for customers. Sorry for DTM Mbale branch to have such people at counter. Customer from the netherlands.
