  For UK customers DTB is the best bank for ATM withdrawals as it doesn’t charge any fee and their rates are the best. Their ATMs though are a bit temperamental and we’ve found that once every 4-5 times we go they are out of service. KCB up the road is a good alternative if that’s the case.
