::Leopard Rest Camp is a very nice place. It is a great base for excursions to Lake Mburo National Park. There is a variety of different rooms (tents) for all kinds of needs and budgets. The staff is wonderful and the food delicious. In the camp you can also book different activities like walking or biking safaris inside or outside the national park. The guides, who are employed by the camp have an amazing knowledge about the surrounding nature, so I can only recommend to do activities with them. We really enjoyed our stay!

::Friendly staff, delicious food, comfortable tents, excellent location (only 2min from the gate of the National Park) & pleasant lodge with beautiful sunsets!

::An ecolodge that has an excellent vibe and is very well located! Positives : - The hotel is very well located, just a 2-3 minute drive from the park entrance, in a superb natural setting. - The two-story wooden structure housing the lobby and dining room is superb, beautifully decorated, cozy, and it offers a stunning view of both the surrounding area and the weaverbirds and their spherical nests. - The safari tents are pretty and welcoming. Showering, using the toilet and brushing your teeth in the adjacent open-air bathroom is a real treat (except when it's raining!). - Despite power breaks due to the limitations of solar-powered systems, we were lucky to have hot showers at all times. - The meals are really delicious and hearty! (A special mention for the chef's soups, which are particularly tasty and enjoyable when it gets cold at night!) - Vitaliy and the staff who serve meals are extremely kind, helpful and accommodating. Vitaliy's emails prior to our arrival were very prompt, clear and helpful. Negatives : - In our first tent, the bedding wasn't very clean unfortunately (e.g. yellow stains and lizard droppings). It was much better in the safari tent that we moved to on the second day. - Our lazy camping tent did not have a mosquito net, contrary to the safari tent. - In a lodge which strives to be ecofriendly, it would be great to be able to get potable water from water dispensers rather than from disposable plastic bottles.

::Nice camping facility near the national park. Grassy spots with picnic benches. Lots of zebras around! Strong free wifi at the lounge, solar powered showers, water was hot when we were there.

::Terrible place, don’t go there despite the overall punctuation. By way of example, (i) the room (despite being the luxury) was not clean and not comfortable at all, (ii) there was a light outside the room that there was no option to switch off, so we were all night with such light that kept us waking up (iii) it was very difficult to close the door of the room and it even opened in the middle of the night so any animal could have gone inside (I realised it one of the times I woke up in the middle of the night due to the light), (iv) the bed is too short, I couldn't fit (I am 187 cm, which is not too long), (v) the outdoor toilet was very uncomfortable, (vi) until late night and again early morning you listen the cows making noises, which doesn't allow you to sleep, (vii) personeel were not kind at all, (viii) it is the only hotel we stayed during two weeks that wanted to charge comission for paying with card, (ix) really bad cost/quality ratio, we stayed in other hotels with similar price in Uganda that were much much better.
