  Mitchell parking lot is yet another parking yard inside Makerere University. It is not very accessible to the public but more to the Makerere stuff and students. In fact it is more for the students who reside in Mitchell hostels. Well, it is well designed and nice looking. At the start of new academic years at Makerere University, this lot is reserved for the two festival and fun weeks intended to orient the new entrants. Often this is backed up by selling of goods and music performances from Ugandan artists.
