::Their service is very poor I was there last week. Torn beddings and very dirty toilets.The works are very slow and don't understand English. With such poor service but still over change kenyans the worse hotel in Kampala.

::A hotel that always suddenly changes policies, for example increasing rent on short notice and introducing visitors fees of 5,000. Otherwise , the security is good.

::Do more on guest relations, menus and room amenities!! Its a shame to be in a room with a TV set but no water, no shower gel/shampoo/soap. Also it's a hotel but you have to get you're from the joints outside thus compromising you're health/safety!!
