  Gave one rating because.. Came to book room, apparently not allowed to checkout room before paying.. Don't bother if you believe in seeing before paying.

  Located off Sir appollo Kaggwa road. It's easily accessible. The staff are friendly and rooms are okay

  Gate keeping was excellent. Gate man also guided on how to park in the rather very uncomfortable tight parking space. Getting out of it was not easy. Needs redesigning for sure. Hotel should consider using the services of an Architect to help you sort out your parking. Service a bit slow... But friendly waitress full of smiles tended to my needs with great vigor and always checked in to make sure that I was comfortable (unfortunately don't remember her name) The evening receptionist that attended to me was so rude and unfriendly. Otherwise it's a good location out of the noisy city streets and traffic

  The experience was a warm one. Great staff and clean interior despite being in the heart of a dusty kikoni. Don't miss out on the whole fried fish served with matooke and rice. It's worth a second visit
