  As an employee of this company and an individual who has worked in a number of other companies. The one commendable thing about Surgipharm is that it is the trend setter in the Pharmaceutical Industry in Uganda. Most MNC's currently in Uganda took their first step under the support of Surgipharm. Today Surgipharm is the major provider of Surgical procedure solutions ranging from Spine to simple trauma cases. Working with high end companies like Medtronics and Smith and Nephew, the need for Ugandan's to fly out of country for most orthopaedic procedures is not becoming history.
