  The hotel itself is nice, but I arrived very tired from a long bicycle ride, and just that day, the hotel was hosting a birthday party with loud music and someone speaking in a loud speaker until after midnight. I really don't get it... what's the point of having a nice hotel if you prevent your customers from sleeping because you host a loud private party until late at night...

  Wonderful service at reception and cleaning ladies....waitress are very pleasant. Quite place and cool ambience

  Drove into the gates of this hotel to a vast well paved parking yard. The place is fairly new. The premises and rooms in particular are really very clean. I commend the house keeping department here for the job well done and probe the management for a token of appreciation for this lovely team. Rooms have Warm comfortable beds, a TV, mini lounge area, a working table (though a little too small. One with a laptop may not find space to use a mouse). They are also self contained with hot/warm water. There is conference hall capable of accommodating 100 people and equipped with a public address system, a white board and projector. The green gardens and the bamboo hedge right in front of the conference building brings you closer to nature taking you away from the paved hard scape. The breakfast was great, delicious, 😋 well prepared with a good selection of the dishes served that were surely satisfying . . However, the reception area is a little congested. Parking needs to get well demarcated. Wi-Fi connection needs to get improved as it doesn't work on level 4. At my time of my visit I used room 23 and there was no a single internet connection. It also needs an independent water heater switch. The receptionist and the support staff (one that showed me to my room) are not friendly and not willing to help. Even when engaged, she chose to remain pressing her phone. What a shame.

  Hotel off the main road into central Mubende, stayed one night, good room, especially bathroom, newly done, hot water too. Did not test the service as such a short stay. Not sure of the rates or value for money, but worth a booking.
