::School of Computing and Informatics Technology (SCIT) is among the two schools under College of Computing and Information Sciences, Makerere University. The second one is East African School of Library and Information Science (EASLIS). About four ICT related courses are offered at SCIT as undergraduate courses, namely; Computer Science (3 years), Software Engineering (4 years), Information Systems and Technology (3 years, combining two courses Information Systems and Information Technology).
